Before taking an action, we must ask ourselves if what we are about to do complies with our Code, is legal and ethical, and will reflect well on ourselves and the Company. Use the following questions as guidance when making a difficult decision at work.

If you answered “no” to any of these questions, you should not take the action you are considering. If you are concerned about someone else’s conduct, then you need to voice your concerns. Contact your manager, or a local or global Human Resources representative. You may also contact a member of the Legal & Compliance team or use one of the channels listed listed here.
